Coconut Chilli

Spent a wonderful day photographing this set of four Indian dishes from Bristol’s enterprising new food company, Coconut Chilli.

Navina Bartlett aims to give the world of ready-meals a well needed kick in the pants with this little menu. She is already supplying office workers in Bristol with individual potfuls of these recipes, and she has her sights firmly set on the chiller cabinets and shopping baskets of our local food shops in 2014.

Navina’s Indian cookery is inspired by the ingredients of the Coorg region, in the coffee hills above Bangalore. All four of these dishes are gluten and dairy free. The sambhar is also vegan.
